Social Success Services, Inc. (SSSI) strives to lead in the mental and behavioral healthcare industry. With a highly qualified staff of therapists, behavioral assistants, and mentors supported by an efficient and experienced administrative group, SSSI provides outstanding services to children and families throughout New Jersey.
Through partnerships with families, referring agencies, and other service providers, SSSI’s highly qualified therapists, behavior assistants, and mentors assist families in building on their existing strengths and creating positive change for themselves. Interventions are facilitated by seasoned professionals who are successful in creating results that are sustainable and lead to crisis-free lives. SSSI utilizes the concepts of empowerment, respecting individuality, and cultural diversity. These values are at the heart of everything we do.
- Provides Intensive In-Community Services, Behavioral Assistance, Mentoring, and Completes Needs Assessments.
- Offers specialized services in areas such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, substance/chemical abuse, behavioral/emotional-based disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, ADD/ADHD, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, sexual exploitation/human trafficking, and HIV.
- Services are provided with the flexibility to meet the needs of the families and as such are provided beyond regular work hours and days.
- We continuously invest in our staff, assisting them to be the best they can be, through the provision of mandatory monthly supervision, peer supervision, and coaching for new staff.
We offer services Statewide. We provide services in different languages. We require 3 types of background checks, including statewide criminal and sex offender checks, for all staff. We use quality control to collect and respond to feedback from families, continuing to ensure that families' voices are heard.
