PACT provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment and support services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, who have had repeated hospitalizations and are at serious risk for psychiatric hospitalization.

The mission of the PACT program is to decrease hospitalizations, increase vocational opportunities and improve quality of life for our consumers. PACT services are the most intensive level of outpatient services in the community mental health system.
