Nurse-Family Partnership is a free evidence-based community health program that pairs at-risk, first-time parents with home-visiting nurses. Nurses provide support to new moms seeking help with having healthy pregnancies, becoming good parents, and providing their children the best possible start in life.
The trusting relationship that develops between mother and nurse provides the foundation for strong families and economic self-sufficiency.
