Volunteers of America Delaware Valley provides several affordable housing complexes throughout the Delaware Valley. These housing programs offer various services to support the tenant's ability to sustain permanent housing. We provide assistance that ranges from paying the first month's rent to offering permanent supportive housing so that they can become stable and productive members of their communities. Services also include residential supervision and case management.
The Leavenhouse Community is an affordable housing program that provides case management, life skills, outpatient mental health services and off-site drug and alcohol services.

We provide essential services to our community’s most vulnerable individuals. Each year, we serve more than 13,000 individuals throughout southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region, operating more than 40 high quality, outcome-driven assistance programs.
Anna M. Sample House
Single women and families entering the Anna M. Sample House are typically referred and funded via their local board of social services. However, Anna M. Sample House also provides accommodations to individuals and families who find themselves in emergency situations.
Aletha R. Wright Center for Men
This Emergency Shelter offers services to 65 single adult homeless men. It is designed to move each individual through three phases which concentrate on addressing basic needs, life skills, employment and housing.
