Eleanor Health provides critical addiction treatment and mental health care to those who struggle with substance use disorder and related mental, physical and social concerns.  We offer virtual, as well as in-person appointments, to make getting care as easy and convenient as possible.  We welcome every person seeking support and offer a variety of services depending on your needs.  MAT, In-home Detox, Psychiatry, Counseling, Individual, Group and Family Therapy, Nurse Care Management and Peer Support.  We have a Harm Reduction Approach .  We cover the entire state of NJ.  We only accept adults 18 and over.  We offer same day or next day appointments.  We offer Spanish-speaking services too!

We accept Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial Insurance plans. Plus offer a self-pay option of $249 a month.
