B.O.S.S. Mentoring, Inc. is a community-based program in Camden, NJ. B.O.S.S. stands for Boys of Sustainable Strength. Our community-based approach creates a safe environment where young males are able to discuss everyday issues, plan for the future, and promote healthy lifestyles. 

Our Mission is to educate and support young men ages 8-18 by providing workshops, life skills, and career development through individual and group mentoring.

Our Vision
B.O.S.S. Mentoring will continually provide adequate resources to equip our young men with the skills needed to matriculate into positive role models for generations to come.
